What are the payment options available for me on GTF.com? GTF offers multiple methods to make payments for your order:

  • Debit card
  • Net Banking
  • Or, you could also advance pay in any PNB branch.

Unlike other portals, where payment has to be necessarily made through a payment gateway. We have a unique facility of the customer using any PNB bank branch (5000+ locations nationally) and depositing amount their conveniently. PNB has a special challan copy for aiding the deposit of amount for Pantel Technologies by a prospect, for a safe and sure payment.
At GTF, we use only trusted payment gateways for secure encryption technology to protect your card information at all times.

Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on GTF?

Yes, shopping at GTF is 100% safe and secure. All Credit card as well as Debit card payments on GTF are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:

  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking).
  • Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund.
