Return & Replacment Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost**. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same @ 0120- 4805200. We would advise you to simultaneously mail it to us at customercare@pantel.in with your Booking ID details.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

In case of any Defect:

  • PTPL shall on best efforts basis provide only corrective maintenance service and replacement of defective parts of the Product for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase through its Service centres in India*.
  • All the accessories (Adopter, Connector, etc) are under warranty for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions:
  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

Replacement Conditions:
  • Pantel Technologies will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock/ production.
  • Replacement is offered for the products sold by www.pantel.in/GTF only.

Refunds:

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by GTF or its authorized business partner. Refund will be processed based on the GTF management decision. GTF Management has the sole discretionary power to decide when and how much to refund. We will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.


Note:

Pantel does not offer cash refunds. In case of returns customers have the following two options -

  • Get equivalent amount as Pantel store credit to be used on any future purchase at Pantel
  • In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, Pantel would ship the correct product upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect merchandise from you.
